What we grow...
We are ultimately foodies at heart! We love growing high quality crops, we love flavors, we love helping make dishes beautiful and nutritious! Listed below are some of the products that we have available. If you have any other requests, we are happy to experiment and provide you with samples!
Classic Mix
This is our most popular mix. A mixture of radish, pea, broccoli and rutabaga. It can be added to any savory dish for vibrancy and nutritional benefit! It touches on the spicy side, via the radish flavor but combined with other food it accommodates the palettes of most easily! It's bought in 20oz containers by restaurants and 3.5oz containers by grocery stores.
Mild Classic Mix
This is our next most popular mix. A mixture of broccoli, pea, cabbage and sunflower. It can be added to any savory dish for vibrancy and nutritional benefit! And this one is also great in smoothies and juices! If someone has a more sensitive palette and prefers no radish- no kick, this is the one!

Sunflower
Every ounce of this microgreen gives you about 30% of daily requirements for iron and 20% of selenium. It's also a great source of vitamin K. This is a very popular microgreen due to it's mild nutty flavor, and robust crispness like a hearty romaine. This is typically bought by the 10oz or 20oz container per week. It's shelf life is often longer than our standard 2 weeks.
Beet
Our next most popular single. Again this is very nutritionally profound microgreen. Every ounce of this microgreen gives you about 35% of daily requirements for vitamin E, 20% of vitamin C and 150% of vitamin K. The vibrant color is what chefs love the most about this microgreen adding a splash of color where desired.
Spicy Mustard
If you are looking for an edgy kick. This is your green. It tastes like wasabi. Yet paired with a meal it's definitely much more mild. Per ounce you get about 36% of your requirements for vitamin E and 140% of your requirements for vitamin K. Some chefs like to pair this with pork or an innovative salad. This flavor is of course great in sandwiches and sushi.
Purple Cabbage
The color of this crop is so deep and lovely, it also runs cheaper than beet and amaranth so it's great for adding color at a lower price point. The flavor is neutral and the shelf life is also longer than our regular mixes. It's also about 50% of both vitamin C and E requirements in 1oz!
Cilantro
The flavor is as your full grown counterpart but a little more zest, and much more visually elegant! This is obviously great for south of the border dishes and curries and soups. This microgreen has about 100% of your vitamin E and K needs in 1oz!
Basil
Another one of our specialty crops. The prices are so much more because we really work hard to make sure you are getting the highest quality greens, we handpick seeds and debris out, and are happy to replace product even if something goes wrong on your end like your fridge freezing.
Dill
There are several microgreens where they are much less dense, so fewer oz creates more volume than for other crops. This also makes them appear more expensive, but more microgreen plants make up an ounce than some of the other microgreens. Dill, Cilantro, Carrot, Fennel and Chervil all fit in that category.
Amaranth
Such a beautiful and delicate microgreen to add to any cuisine and or dish. This is definitely a chef favorite and has a very mild and subtle flavor. Amaranth has high levels of vitamin K and is also a great source of calcium - has more calcium per serving than milk!
Sorrel
Sorrel has such a lovely fresh, crisp and lemony flavor. It's added to many of our specialty mixes for the lemon effect. It's a wonderful addition as a solo crop as well!
Specialty Mix: Lemon Dill
This is such a unique and delicate flavor great to pair with fish. It really has a stunning effect visually on the meal.
Specialty Mix: Lemon Basil
This is a sweet delicate combo great for italian cuisine. Featuring basil, sorrel, amaranth, red cabbage, broccoli and alfalfa.
Specialty Mix: Spicy Italian
This is a great mix for pizza! or anything that needs a great strong flavor, it has basil, watercress, arugula, amaranth, mustard, sorrel and alfalfa.
Other Items:
This isn't an all inclusive list, we also grow chervil, parsley, alfalfa, carrot, fennel, swiss chard, purple basils, arugula, corn and of course can make singles out of broccoli, pea and radish. The ones that are listed are crops we are regularly growing so if an order is put in, we will likely have it available for delivery. If it's a crop we aren't growing currently we can usually get it by 2-3 weeks.
