Subtle Frequencies as a Guiding Light

There’s a moment where the suffering of not being our full true selves is greater than the comfort of staying within our realm of what we have so far defined ourselves as. There comes a moment where we are willing and brave enough to do what it takes to understand the full capacity of our beingness, because we no longer are willing to make do with the inadequacies we are witnessing of ourselves in this material reality. They could be on an emotional, spiritual, physical or mental level. We know that there must be more awake within us, we just haven’t accessed it. We know that there is a part of our journey not yet fully realized or tapped into, and we haven’t figured out as of yet how to fully activate it.

Choosing to discover what those aspects of self are, or perhaps knowing what they are and choosing to dive in deep to uncover them, and choosing to face and address the blockages that have held us back from fully attaining them, takes courage.

It’s not an easy path to lean inwards, to journey inside and reveal the layers of emotions that may be holding you back from you and the starlit journey of your soul. And that journey is going to look different for everyone. Sometimes we choose to remain comfortable rather than stepping up to the plate, and discovering the good, the bad and the ugly in order to really expose what is been hiding beneath.

It’s uncomfortable, as we push past self imposed thoughts and limitations on the self, becoming vulnerable to the idea that we are in fact completely self-made beings constructed of ideas and thoughts of both us and words of others that we have chosen to accept. Yet these layers of beliefs can become thick and in releasing them it can require patience, and self-compassion as we open up to being as exposed and vulnerable to life as possible.

This is the journey to the authentic self, to the self that you know exists but sometimes feels evasive. This is because of often the layers of self-doubt, pity, sadness, anger, shame… etc etc. that tend to pile up, keeping us from really fully igniting who we know we are. It often comes down to fear and or unwillingness to shake the nest. Perhaps things aren’t perfect, but they are better than they could be in our minds than if we were to try something super close to our hearts and absolutely fail and end up — in our minds eye — abandoned by those we care about, or society at large.

Or some worst case scenario mix of it all! Yet that inner voice calling and knowing continues despite all of our worst case imagined scenarios. It keeps on. So what do we do? We either numb it, drown it out with substances, or pile in the emotions.. just keep stuffing all of the negative self talk and negative imaginations into one place… on top of our true authentic self. So, we choke it out.

There’s no problem in this. It becomes a regular aspect of existence at times. When we just don’t know how to deal with it or what to do with it.

So deciding that we are no longer going to drown it out… whatever the means… by our own self sabotage actually takes courage. It takes courage to face the impoundments of thoughts and accumulated non-physical toxins that we have built around our authentic self. It takes courage to actually be and say who you know yourself to be. It takes courage to have the capacity to face any and all shadows of the self. As we come to absolute compassion for everything we have done both to self and other, and as we come to acknowledge everyone in our life as a divine teacher—as a divine reflection and mentor, we can begin to truly unfold the beauty that lives within. It doesn’t come from blaming the outside or even blaming the inside, but recognizing it all as a part of the equation. As a part of coming back to the true self.

If something on the outside is upsetting, it’s a power on the inside that hasn’t been owned yet. It’s a wake up call to come back to your power, and stop outsourcing it.

There are many ways to address the layers of emotions that block the chatty mind/the monkey mind from the true heart self. People can use meditation, mantras, there are hundreds possibly thousands of emotional releasing practices. There are some really phenomenal energy practices that can do it.

And all of them can be used and accessed and all of them have their place. What has really amazed me about the working with orchid essences the last 3 years, is that they work on a level - the same level- as the subconscious mind. In this way, much of the blockages can be released while you sleep. Yes, your dreams will likely get particularly crazy. And at times there will be resistance to continue. And regular thoughts and interactions, that you may not have thought twice about in the past, suddenly come in a way with a new perspective or new insight, and or emotions will flood your system and suddenly you will feel free to lean into your zones of discomfort. Which these zones are actually the edge of your growth as a being seeking it’s absolute fullness. And perhaps there is no limit to that fullness.

Most things take a lot of effort, whether it’s exercising, repeating mantras, emotional practices… etc. Sometimes when we are trapped in head spins of thoughts and really low emotions, there is no motivation forward. There is no inclination to do anything because it kind of feels like pandoras box.

Subtle frequencies, in those moments, have been at least my greatest ally. I’m a pretty sensitive person and in my times of depression and or severe anxiety. I was absolutely unwilling to go the conventional route. And it’s not to undermine anyone who has chosen that, I fully support each individual being to choose what they need to do for themselves. For me, personally, I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Maybe out of fear, maybe out of stubbornness. Maybe out of serious despise for how the medical system has suppressed certain information on healing modalities that would otherwise make a very huge impact for people seeking health— who otherwise don’t have options inside of the conventional model.

I’m not here to rant and throw conventional wisdom under the bus. I appreciate that it exists and I appreciate the way in which they can deal with particular urgent situations that require surgery.. etc. Basically my complaint is that it’s not a more inclusive model, that also incorporates the best of what we have discovered about subtle frequencies and the body’s energetic system.

These practices are easy and available to anyone dedicated to learn them.

Any process of healing, requires a time of healing. Any surgery takes time to be able to recover. And likewise when using subtle frequencies, they build on each other over time, helping to ungrid and unlock the aspects of our energy system and emotional body that have been limiting us in some way.

The release of emotions and energy can sometimes be fairly intense. It takes presence to be with the body as it releases what it needs to. So for example, in the case of the essences, essences will be worked with until the uncomfortable dreams and emotions stop, then you know that it’s time to move on to the next one. Although some essences won’t cause triggers they are more about aligning the frequencies and or amplifying them, so they will bring much more positive emotions. It just depends on what aspect there is interest to work on.

It’s like that with anything in life, when we learn to juggle. We learn one ball first. We slowly add to that as we become comfortable and at ease with what we have learned. Learning to navigate energy flows in the body is exactly the same. We clear out what is not needed, we embrace what we would like more of, and ultimately it’s a practice, it’s a fine-tuning of our spirit in learning to move with the waves rather than against them. And learning to lean into your discomfort knowing that it’s the greatest point of your growth and proximity to your true self.
